Always on display, capable of turning it off during bedtime hours?

Well, I love the feature of the always on display, because I don’t have to tap the phone to see what time it is. But at night, I don’t want the extra brightness from my phone shining up on the ceiling. Is there a way to have the always on display turn itself off between 11 PM and 6 AM? I don’t wanna have to go in and adjust the settings every single night and morning to turn it on/off. Is there a way to set it up one time for it to turn itself off when I’m in bed basically or maybe it turns itself off while it’s on the charger?

I have the iPhone 16 Pro with the 18 iOS.
