Since updating to iOS 17.7 on my iPhone 14PM, there are issues with Siri!

I reset Siri how you said and Back-to-back requests still are not working! Plus I restarted the phone! :(
FYI: When I updated to 17.7 somehow a couple of settings got changed. "Privacy & Security > Location Services" > Siri was set to 'Ask next time'. I had to change it to 'While using the App'.
Another bizarre setting got turned on! "Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > 'Attention Aware Features'. I have that feature OFF but it was ON after the update.
All the Siri problems reported in my first posted question still remain!
Also if you go to the Shortcut Automations, some icons pulsate:
Make back-to-back requests
After you activate Siri, you can make follow-up requests without reactivating it. (Available on supported iPhone models in some countries or regions.) Activate Siri, then make a request. Immediately after you make the request, make another one.
iOS 18 has caused a lot of problems for a lot people, google it.
I'm still having trouble with back-to-back requests not working. Are there any other settings that could have been affected when updating from 17.5.1 to 17.7 ?
