It sounds like you’re experiencing some frustration with the iCloud email login pop-ups! This can happen if the email client isn’t properly syncing or if there are issues with saved credentials. Here are a few tips you might try:

  1. Check Credentials: Make sure your iCloud email and password are entered correctly in the email client settings.
  2. Update Email Client: Ensure that your email client is up to date, as updates often fix bugs and improve compatibility.
  3. Remove and Re-add Account: Sometimes, removing the iCloud email account from your email client and then re-adding it can resolve persistent login issues.
  4. Use App-Specific Password: If you have two-factor authentication enabled, try generating an app-specific password in your Apple ID account settings and use that for logging in.
  5. Clear Cached Credentials: In Windows, you can clear any saved credentials related to your iCloud account via the Credential Manager.

If the issue continues, it might be worth checking Apple’s support resources for any specific instructions related to Windows integration. Hopefully, you’ll be able to resolve the pop-up soon!
