My Mac started an automatic install in progress, I left it running for around 6 hours but it is no further along. It won't let me turn the laptop off nor will it continue installing, it has frozen. It has now been 3 weeks and no change. I have tried quitting through task manager but this is also not working
Hold the Power Button of the computer until it Turns OFF
Install in Progress Frozen
