iPhone 13 , 6 months old suddenly with battery level around 17% I put it on the charger (genuine) to charge and left it after some hours when I went to take it out it was dead it does nothing, I tried reset with the buttons, i use another charger genuine, another cable, again nothing, i plugged it into my mac it doesn't find it at all, what could be wrong and what else can i do to turn it on

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky. If done correctly this will always work unless the phone has a hardware problem.

What's wrong? The phone is dead. Nothing more that you can do with the phone yourself.
What could be wrong? The battery may need replacing or something more serious like the motherboard, which is an expensive fix.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to see if the phone can possibly be resurrected.
