iPhone 13Pro jittery and jumpy screen while scrolling.

I have tried every remedy that has been discussed about this issue in the past and it has never helped. I just did the opposite of one of the suggestions and it seems to have fixed this problem that I’ve been dealing with for at least a couple of years. I went to settings > accessibility >motion>limit frame rate. Some people have said to turn this feature on. Mine was on and I turned it off. That seems to have fixed this long time problem. I sure hope so as I’ve been trying different methods and reading articles about this for a very, very long time. Wish me luck!
