Extreme Disappointment with Apple Music and Unjust Loss of Playlists.

Dear Apple Music Support,

I am writing to express my absolute outrage and disappointment with the way Apple Music has handled my subscription, and more importantly, how you’ve mishandled my personal music library. What has happened is nothing short of disgusting.

I subscribed to Apple Music for just over a month, giving your platform a chance after using Spotify for years. During that time, I transferred my carefully curated playlists over and spent hours updating them with new music I discovered on your service. These playlists represent years of dedication and are an integral part of how I experience music. Imagine my shock and anger when I cancelled my subscription and discovered that Apple Music had deleted everything — all of my playlists, all of my work, just because I opted not to continue paying for your service.

This is an outrageous business practice. To hold my playlists hostage, forcing me to stay subscribed in order to keep access to MY own playlists, is beyond unethical. The idea that Apple, a company known for premium products and services, would treat customers like this is appalling. You essentially wiped out my musical history in one stroke, with zero warning or consideration for the time I invested in creating and curating my library. I now find myself stuck in a situation where I can’t simply go back to Spotify because Apple Music has deleted everything I worked on during my time with you.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. **I feel cheated, betrayed, and utterly disrespected as a customer.** Music is personal, and you’ve taken away something personal to me, forcing me to pay if I want it back. It’s absurd and shameful.

I demand that you restore my playlists and library immediately, or at the very least, provide some explanation as to why your system works in such a punitive and customer-unfriendly manner. Until this is resolved, I will not only refuse to use Apple Music again, but I will also make sure to tell everyone I know about this exploitative practice and why they should avoid Apple Music at all costs.

I expect a prompt response and resolution to this inexcusable situation.

Sincerely,

”Nothingchanges”
