Today I came to know that I can not charge my Macbook pro 2017. The battery us almost dying but I can not charge it using any of the port. My Macbook adopter works on other macbook while other macbook adopters doesn't work on mine.

I am worried about the battery as I have just around 8% charge left, and the battery is going to die soon.
When I plug in, it shows nothing, I mean No charging sign or any message,
Any how two days back a drop of water fall on right side of the keyboard, probably shift or enter button.
Is it possible that might be the cause?
