Well if the issue only occurs at home, then something in your home setup is the problem.
Make sure to try connecting the power adapter into the wall electrical outlet instead of any power/surge strips as that strip may be faulty. Even try using another electrical outlet somewhere else in the house to attempt to access a different electrical circuit (aka uses a different circuit breaker or fuse).
Disconnect all other items from the laptop since they may be causing a problem. Do not use any adapter/dock/hub with your power adapter since sometimes they may not allow enough power to the laptop.
Does the charging pause at 80%? If so, then that is perfectly normal & is due to the Optimized Charging feature in macOS which exercises the battery for you.
Try disconnecting the power adapter from the electrical outlet for a minute in order to reset the power adapter's internal circuitry which can sometimes become triggered to stop supplying power if any issues are encountered.
I never liked the Duckhead Adapter which Apple supplies with their power adapters. I see them fail way too often & they don't really hold up very well. See if you can instead get a grounded Power Extension Cable (aka AC Cord).....in some regions it may not have a third ground pin). Here is the one for the US Region:
