I recently updated my iwatch SE 2 to watchOS 11. After doing so, the activity rings stopped updating. I have checked all of the settings for the watch as well as erased and reset the watch. The issue still persists. Any thoughts on how to get it to start tracking again?

Did you also try to force restart your iPhone?

This will trigger a new sync between your Health- and the Fitness App.
However, other users reported, that after a day or two the rings continued syncing automatically again, without doing anything.

Started synching again after 3 days.
