How to disable control center/swipe down when iPhone locked in ios18

Go to Settings > Face ID & Code and turn Control Center off.

Face ID & Code might be hidden because of your Screen Time settings.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Accounts and choose Allow. Wait a few seconds for Face ID & Code to be visible in Settings. Then modify your Control Center setting in Face ID & Code (not Settings > Control Center.)
I am not able to find Face ID & Code together in ios 18 and also not found control Center off in whole setting.
I can see only access within app on/off but its not my requirement
