I am having a problem with my new phone. I have switched from an SE to an iPhone 16 recently but it has been buggy. My old phone could create stickers to send to others but when i try to create a sticker on my new phone, it creates for a second before disappearing. Do I have to completely wipe my information from my old phone for it to work or is it a different problem

I spoke with Apple support and he said that their engineering dept has enough tickets on this issue that it will be fixed in one of the future updates.

I hope wiping the phone isn’t the only thing to fix it. I don’t want to wipe my phone as it’s a back up for me. There should be another way, there’s no way we’re on the 16 already and that’s the only option
I have an iPhone 16 (iOS 18.0.1) and am experiencing the same problem. I contacted support and shared this thread with them. A customer service representative provided a solution, but it didn’t resolve the issue. The solution was to sign out and sign back into my iCloud account. This wasn't a full restore, but it was still annoying that I had to re-register my credit cards in Apple Wallet during the process. I hope iOS 18.1 will address this issue.
i went the full restore route. Backed up to my computer, through itunes. then did a full restore and backup. took over 4 hours. did not fix the glitch.
I’m having the same issue. Even the latest update didn’t fix it. I keep reading wiping the phone will fix it but we shouldn’t have tondonthatvto make them work. Plus I don’t want wipe my phone.
Have the Same problem, and also IOS 18.0.1 does not solde the problem.
With my iPhone 16 Pro Max, the cause of the sticker problem is that it has a UEM profile from my employer. As a result, the sticker option is blocked. This was discovered though Apple Support.
What do you mean from your employer?! Like when you’re at work you can’t save stickers?
My employee was installeer a security-profile so stickers is locked.
