Thank you for the information.
The Samsung Xpress M2070FW is an AirPrint model, and should not require additional drivers for printing if the printer is connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the MacBook Pro. AirPrint works with wireless (Wi-Fi) or wired (Ethernet) network connections. The M2070FW has both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, so you could choose to wire the printer to one of the LAN ports of the router, if you so wish.
About AirPrint - Apple Support
Generally speaking, Apple's Image Capture is often used for scanning. However, a multifunction printer/scanner may need an extra driver for use with Image Capture, or it could use a separate scanning application. You may have to check this with the printer manufacturer (Samsung printers are now part of HP). As indicated above, the latest drivers for the M2070FW from HP appear to be for macOS 13 Ventura. Everything else would be experimental.
Any change if you reset the printing system and re-add the printer?

Does this Samsung Xpress M2070 have a suffix such as W or FW?
The W and FW models support AirPrint printing.
How is the printer/scanner connected?
Have you tried to use Apple's Image Capture?
There is a Samsung Universal Print and Scan Driver V3.93.08 (Feb 27, 2023) for macOS Ventura 13.
Is it something that you have tested earlier? However, any attempt to use this driver with macOS Sequoia 15 would be entirely experimental.
If nothing else works, a third-party (paid) scanner driver called VueScan could possibly be of interest.
Thank you for you response
Yes, it is a M2070FW, I am using in my office from my other PC with no issues
On my Macbook Pro laptop... I can't figure out why is not showing the scanner...
I took a screen shoot of the printers
The other printer I have , Epson, it shows the scanner icon
For the Samsung printer... it does not show the scanner icon in the top right corner.
