USB-C ports not working (MacBook Pro 2019)

I have a MacBook Pro 2019 (16 inch) and none of my USB-C ports read data from devices eg 3 x compatible adapters, iPhone, Android phone, USB sticks, 2 x headsets. The ports charge up my laptop and devices charge/light up but nothing displays in disk utility, system report or in finder.

I have completed multiple factory resets and erased everything, updated my MacOS from Sonoma to Big Sur, version 11.7.10 (I do not want to update to Sequoia as it is not compatible with my DJ software), reset SMC and NVRAM, started up the laptop in safe mode, ran diagnostics which did not find any issues. I have also spoken to multiple customer service agents, seniors and engineers, and taken my laptop to the Apple Genius Bar. The Apple Genius Bar said they fixed it but when I tested with multiple devices, the issue still persists...

Looking online this issue happens a lot but there doesn't seem to be a fix. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to resolve it?
