Unable to download iTunes on macOS Catalina
It says that I need version of MacOS 10.13.99

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
that is correct, itunes was split up in catalina and does not exist anymore
it was split up into
apple music, apple tv, apple podcast and finder(for the purpose of restoring ios devices)
