Apple tv resume episode stays on home screen only audio works
When I go to resume a show on my macbook it will play the audio but wont play the show it just stays on the home screen. How do i fix that?

Is this issue happening in the Apple TV app, or in a different app?
The Apple TV app may show its playback window in a different ‘space’ (virtual screen). While it should switch automatically, there may be a reason why that didn’t happen for you. Try clicking ‘Control-Up Arrow’ to find out in the ‘Mission Control’ overview.
