Why is my Apple Watch Series 10 not tracking temperature?

I have apple watch series 10 and have been wearing it to track sleep. The watch is tracking everything it is supposed to execpt wrist temperature. I have checked setting and it is turned on but there is no data. Why is my watch not tracking this and how can i fix this?
