According to the technical specifications for the Apple Watch SE and the Apple Watch SE 2, they are both water resistant up to 50 meters (swimproof).
No Apple products are actually waterproof, but most are water resistant. The difference is that water resistance is not a permanent condition, and, overtime, it can lose its resistance to water and become less watertight. When something is waterproof, however, it is completely and always resistant to water.
