iCloud Syncing issue with goodnotes 5

Goodnotes 5 keeps giving me “Theres a problem with the server” error whenever i try to get my notebooks and folders thru icloud

i dont know if its a fault in my end or its a icloud serverside fault

iCloud Stops syncing on Windows I have found that iCloud would stop syncing with my Windows computer. No real reason that I can diagnose. I read somewhere that simply reinstalling iCloud would fix the problem, and it did. But it stops syncing every couple of weeks. I keep reinstalling it and it works again but it goes out of sync again in another 2 weeks and I keep repeating the process of reinstallation. I’m wondering if there is a better solution than me having to reinstall iCloud every 2 weeks. Has anyone experienced this? Is there something else I can try rather than keep reinstalling?

Why is iCloud Drive not syncing with all my Apple devices correctly? I have iPhone, Mac Air and MAC. Not everything is downloading on all devices or showing where I cleaned up folders etc.

No response and goodnotes website says that icloud is down whenever that error is shown
