Try sending them another, shorter message asking them if they saw the longer message.

did the iohone phone number you sent the message to end in 3456 just like your packet ID does ?

Unfortunately, your problem is not one that lends itself to a technological solution. It sounds as if it's time to bring in an intermediary, either a friend or family member who you both talk to or an attorney.
