Appstore App is not available

Okay, I recently lost my job and need a way to make money off with whatever I have. My e-bike and my iPhone.

There is a food delivery service named ‘Swiggy’ here in India, basically like doordash/ubereats. Although the main app is available on the appstore i.e the app the customer uses to place the order and pay, the delivery partner end of the app is absent, i.e the app responsible to link the order and the delivery partner, show him the customer’s address and the restaurant’s address and so on.
