My MacBook Pro shift key is active

Mac book need password to login, but shift key is active, not getting numbers.

This may be a failure of the keyboard. Or maybe it just needs to be cleaned (?).

Do you have access to a USB keyboard that you can use to login and possibly troubleshoot?


You might consider taking the computer in for service.
