iPhone 16 Pro Max Refund Issues
On September 20th I had ordered the new IPhone 16 Pro Max to be delivered to my house that same day. The uber driver/carrier cancelled my order it is still showing up as out for delivery and after contacting customer service several times, they have yet to cancel my order. Yes, I did manage to get the phone at the Apple Store. I am being charged for a phone I didn’t receive via my wireless mobile carrier. I haven’t had any luck with customer service that has followed up with me regarding that. Again, I shouldn’t be charged for 2 phones. I only have one 16 pro max.
