Can I add a Boston accent to Siri? When will Apple add the dialect to Siri's language options?

You can use the Siri voices available in Settings>Siri>Voice. You can't add your own.
You use the terms "accent" and "dialect" apparently interchangeably when, in fact they are two different things. Accents are simply differences in pronunciation. Dialects reflect differences in vocabulary, grammar, and usage as well. Siri does offer different dialect options for English, including British, Indian, Irish and South African.
