How can change language to Arabic on Apple Account?

Change the language for what exactly?
On an iOS device:
Go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region, and select a Language from the list or add another one from the available ones in "Add Language". Move it to the top of the list, and the iPhone should restart and apply the new language. There are several Arabic language versions available there.
