Always-on off, screen does not light up when notifications are in. LED flash alert does not work.

Hi. I have an issue with one of my 16 Pro Max. Both my phones are with “always-on” turned off. However on one of them, the screen does not light up when there is notification. Just the sound and vibration. No issue on my other device. LED flash alerts are also not working on both devices, ring and silent modes. Noticed they fixed an issue with touchscreen, is this another bug?

As I understand you have the following issues:

screen does not light up when there is a notification
LED flash alerts are also not working on both devices

Remove any cases, accessories or films that place a magnet near the camera or that may be blocking the camera or flash. Test the camera by trying to take a photo. Test the LED flash: Try the torch in Control Centre on your iPhone or Control Centre on your iPad.
