Watch is stuck on pairing screen - can’t go to My Watch
I’ve turned phone and watch off and back on but still doesn’t make any difference.

Force restart the Apple Watch. Press and hold the Digital Crown and side buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
