How can I turn off 5GE on my iPhone 11?

I had never heard of 5Ge but a little research found this website which says, "5G Evolution (5GE) is not a new generation of cellular technology but a branding term used by AT&T for its enhanced 4G LTE network".

Apple has the page Use 5G with your iPhone - Apple Support which shows how to set 5G (or otherwise) your iPhone. "Find these options by going to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options or Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options."
