I recently experienced a road accident and was hospitalized for a week, during which my phone screen and airpods were damaged. Despite my efforts to contact the support team for over two weeks, no one has taken ownership of my case. I have been passed from one department to another, repeatedly explaining my situation. This has been mentally draining. I am reaching out to inquire if there is a way to escalate this issue. Your urgent attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
