Automatic phone shutdown

Is there any way to have your phone automatically shut down at a specific time? My daughter has her phone in her room at night but I’d like to set it to shut off at a certain time for school nights. I’m using iPhone 14 iOS 17.6.1

Automatic shutdown of iPhone on timer or at a specific time hi all , my apologies. I'm such a dummy. I'm trying to get my iPhone to shut down automatically and I can't seem to pull it off. I've spent some time doing this via Apple shortcuts, but it appears from this thread that maybe it doesn't work: "automated shutdown shortcut" but maybe I'm heading in the wrong direction. Is there a way for me to shut down my iPhone automatically at a certain time or on a timer without needing a confirmation? I want this so that I can conserve battery, but also ensure that EMFs are reduced for device that is sitting close to my head all night long. I'd like to listen to a podcast as I fall asleep, but also ensure the phone turns off. It's a simple feature that most TVs have. I'm using an apple iPhone 14 Pro iOS version 17.6. Please help! Im sure Im doing something wrong.

Settings in iPad to automatically turn off after like 10min? so on my ipad, sometimes i forget to turn it off (i have a flap case so it should usually turn off on its own) and it just stays on for hours and hours. One night, I forgot to turn it off and it stayed on the entire night. Is there a certain setting I could turn on to make it turn off after like 10min? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

None that I know of, but you can use ScreenTime to set downtime for the school nights and lock off use. See:
