My adult daughter is using 1.2TB of our 2TB iCloud Family Plan Storage. She is going to leave the Family Group- will she have an opportunity to enroll in her own 2TB plan in order to access her data or will it be deleted once she is out of the family group? Can she sign up for an iCloud 2TB plan first before she leaves the family group?
She can leave Family Sharing and then sign up for her own storage plan. See the following from Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support

If you leave a family that shares an iCloud+ plan and you're using more than 5GB of storage, you can buy your own plan to continue using iCloud storage.
