Hello. My phone is stuck at the last digit of passcode screen after I restarted it. I’m able to enter the passcode but it unfortunately stuck at the very last digit. I tried the method of forced restart so many times but the problem is still there. Please help.

The "Up, Down, Side" instructions require some precision:

The operative word here is QUICKLY; and try it a couple of times, the timing is a little tricky. If done correctly this will always work unless the phone has a hardware problem.
If that restarts but doesn’t solve the problem, you need to reinstall iOS. If you use your computer you can do it without erasing the phone.
