iphone XR stuck on lock screen with limited control

when I tried to slide up my iphone it was completely stuck on my lock screen, so i tried to shut down my phone and it did pop up but when I tried to"slide to power off" it wouldn't allow me to do and stuck on the screen until I turned off my phone but to only go but to my lock screen yet again, however the time is still displaying in real time along with still responding to turning on my phone on the side that goes back to my lock screen. I tried tutorials to hard reset my iphone still had but to no avail, and when my keypad popped up I tried to type my passcode in but it also froze on me. Idk what else should i do.
