A questionable charge on my apple card

Two years ago, I bought an Iphone 14 Pro Max from the local Apple Store. I elected to pay the 13.49 for the total warranty. On 9/27, I traded in my phone for a new Iphone 16 Pro Max at the same location. This time I choose the one time payment for 269.00 for 2 years, which was paid at the time of sale. Now I have received for October a payment due of 13.49 which would mean I am being charged twice.

Apple Care policies are separate contracts. You can cancel the monthly payment (subscription) by reviewing the information and following the links in the Apple Support articles below.

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


You may also be eligible for a small refund. You can contact Apple Care support at 1-800-MY-APPLE
