The easiest way would be iCloud Photos.

The iCloud syncing is keeping the structure of the Photos Libraries in all synced devices identical. When you set up iCloud Photos on your Mac and iPhone you will always see the same albums and folders on your Mac and iPhone, and all adjustments you add to your photos will also be kept in sync, also all metadata you add to the photos and videos. Without iCloud Photos you can only transfer the items (photos or videos), but not the structure of your Photos Library from the iPhone to your Mac.
