Delete old contact info from auto keyboard

I have changed my name and email throughout the years. But for some reason my phone remembers the old name I used and email. It always offers them to me when I sign in and can’t seem to take them off my keyboard.

I have updated my contact card, reset it my keyboard, did Settings -> Safari -> Autofill and un clicked contact card.

I have done everything and these two emails and names keeps showing up.

Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other (Refer to the pic )below

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you

This is my personal phone. When I click mail -> accounts it takes me to my contact card with my current email. No other account it on that page but that 1

UPDATE

i was trying to log into this apple community and again my old email popped up. Im not sure why its there because I changed it on password settings.
