IPhone 15 Pro Max WiFi issues after update to 18 OIS

I have had a problem since updating to version 18 in downloading any application running any application or opening any browser even Safari.

The problem is that it takes a long time up to a minute or more for the page to load or the application to open.

Local applications have no problem in downloading or running, but any application that needs the Internet or running any site or YouTube or anything related to the Wi-Fi network, takes a very long time, which makes me turn off the phone and not use it, even after updating to

18.0.1

The problem is still not solved.

Is there anyone who can help?

Knowing that I restarted the device and changed the local networks, my WiFi speed exceeded 500MB, I used a network on the 5G and 4G and the same problem still exists.
