What Keyboard Languages are available for MacBooks?

Hiya,

I plan on buying a macbook, but I wanted to ask about the keyboard language.

While placing my order online there were multiple languages to choose from for the keyboard, if I choose to have an Arabic keyboard, would the keyboard come in English/Arabic or just Arabic?

I appreciate any help you can provide.
