keyboard language : is it possible to have 2 languages?

I want to buy the new MacBook Pro, there is an option to choose a language for the keyboard. I need English and Russian keyboard, is it possible? The options I saw were available to pick one language, or if I pick Russian then I’ll have both? Thank you! UK
