It depends one what you mean when you say "sync". If you mean that you want the data created in one app to appear to the same app on the other device, see if the apps allow syncing via iCloud. Most of Apple's apps do as well as a number of third-party apps. The setting for that can usually be found in Settings -> [the app]. Other apps may have their own syncing mechanism. If in doubt, contact the app's developer.


If that's not what you meant, please explain further.
