i really cant use big iphone the last mini was iphone 13 so i really love to update my phone but there is no brand new mini in the market there are some refer phone and the last series was 13 apple please produce new mini iphone please

This is a user to user only forum. No one here works for or is associated with Apple. As such we can't speak to "why" questions. I can guess however, and my guess is because it didn't sell in numbers high enough to make it a profitable device for Apple to continue making it. More people seem to want larger phones, NOT smaller phones. If you were Apple, you'd likely concentrate your efforts on selling devices MORE people want as opposed to devices fewer people want.
Apple discontinued the mini because no one was buying them.
