Teaching words to dictation

I have a medical condition that is hard to pronounce and is not in the dictation dictionary. It also limits my ability to type and so I can’t type with ease and rely upon dictation for communication (for example this is all dictated). I would like to teach the name of my condition to my phone because it is something I use in communication a great deal but the phone can’t seem to get it correct. Is there any way to teach a new word to dictation?

is there a way to improve the dictate function on my iPhone 12? iPhone 12. iOS 18.5. Currently the dictate function is barely usable. It makes more mistakes than it gets correct. Common words and phrases I use never show up correctly. Things like Reddit, subreddit, cache, NSFW, and many others are almost never gotten correct. Even if it gets the words, I said correctly, it completely changes them and changes the sentence after it’s already in place. Is there anything I can do to improve this? Having just had carpal tunnel surgery. I’m finding it very difficult to use my phone and it’s currently the only way I can communicate because I can’t use my desktop.
