Erasing iphone with Stolen Device Protection turned on?

My daughter had an iPhone 11 which she gave to me to sell as I just upgraded her to my old iPhone 14.

The problem is that she didn't go through all the steps to erase and reset the phone when she still had it (we live in different states) and while I have her phone passcode + her Apple ID password, I don't have my Face ID saved on her phone and because the phone can't recognize me, I can't reset/erase the phone.

Suggestions on how to proceed?

You can reset face ID in Settings-> Face ID and passcode -> Reset Face ID

Or you can login with your daughter's Apple ID on this website https://icloud.com/find and erase the device remotely (With your daughter's phone connected to network via Wifi or Cellular)

Here is a guide available for you

Erase a device in Find Devices on iCloud.com – Apple Support (UK)
