I was sent a verification code while adding adding a card to Apple Pay. But the code disappeared before I got a good look at it. There is no “resend code” option.

In that case, restart the process further back. Perhaps you need to start the whole process of adding that card over again.
Thank you. I found the code in email. Text isn’t working after the 18.0 update.
Verification codes are either texted or emailed. The other option is to receive a phone call with a recorded message. Those are the only means the bank uses to distribute codes.
