I keep getting 2 popups on my Windows PC asking me to sign in to iCloud with a discontinued Apple ID. How can I stop this?

The first popup is a window for iCloud, the second for logging in. The email shown (yellowed out) is an old Apple ID email that is no longer active. When I close them they just keep popping back up. Rebooting my computer doesn't help.

Under Account Details (I think) there's a way to delete iCloud from the PC. That seems to have stopped the popups. It also made my pics and stuff go away. When trying to get them back, somehow OneDrive hijacked my photos. I give up (for now).

Maybe someone else will have a better solution for the next guy.
