How to recover forgotten Apple Account Credentials?

forgot my Apple ID and I don’t have a computer or iTunes to get back into my iPhone.is there away in manually

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.


Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.

what I’m trying to do is get into my apple my old apple address which is J***************@ icloud.com to retrieve the information from that iCloud I don’t know how to do it to get to it I don’t have a password or anything I don’t remember it’s been years so I don’t remember what they said it’s still active and it’s you can get if you can figure out the password or something I said just go onto the site and asked

I had an old iPhone address and I don’t have the password for it so I have a new iPhone with a new iPhone address so I’m trying to get the stuff off the old iPhone address it’s been a couple years but I was wondering if I could still do that I called and they said it was active and they would called me in a few days and let me know what to do or what they were gonna solve their problem or something but I haven’t heard anything

Everybody on this forum is just another user like yourself. We do not work for Apple and have no idea what is going on with your accounts. If it says your account is still active then you should be able to log into it. I wouldn't do that on an iPhone though because then you may get duplication of all kinds of things. Apple has it set up so you use only one account for life, an iPhones and iPads in particular are designed to only really accommodate a single account at a time.
