Is it possible to reorder the cards for purchases on my son's iPhone through Family Sharing?

I have family sharing turned on but my son has his own debit card and we would like to change the order on his phone to default to his debit card instead of my credit card but we can’t do it. Is it possible to reorder the cards for purchases on his phone?
