Touch ID issue with iPad 10th generation
Hello! Recently i faced some issues with my Touch ID on my apple ipad 10th generation. I just bought it 10 days ago. Yesterday the Touch ID wasn’t working it failed 90% times to read my fingerprint. I tried cleaning the surface of Touch ID button and tried my all fingers and some of my family members fingers too but it didn’t work, then I tried totally resetting my iPad but unfortunately it didn’t work to. I tried removing the existing fingerprint too but it didn’t work(Faced error lots of time while scanning), Then I installed iPadOS 18.0.1 even after the update the issue remained same. But today suddenly it is working normal again. The shopkeeper from the shop I bought the iPad gave me 14 days instant replacement warranty for hardwire issue. Should I claim the warranty explaining the issue? Was it a hardware issue?
