Failure with Maps when Location and Maps are Turned On.

Hoping for help with MacBook Pro, running MacOSMonterey 12.0.1 OP. Suddenly, a couple weeks ago, the way in which maps work changed - it will no longer show prospective properties for sale on a map. I'm a Realtor and the properties listed are not showing up on the map, the way they used to, and it is with all programs. Location Services and Maps are both turned on in System Preferences. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? They load for a split second, when I first open the map, but then quickly disappear permanently.

First, it you are indeed on macOS 12.0.1, then you absolutely need to update. The last version of Monterey was 12.7.6, so your system would appear to be vastly behind.

As to Maps, assuming you're referring to Apple's applications, unless I've missed something Maps has never shown properties for sale, not like Zillow or a similar site does. Can you please explain further what you're using and how, and what you're expecting to have happen?

Regards.

Thank you so much for your response and yes, I will upgrade! Forgive my lack of tech terminology, but I was referring to sites such as Zillow, and also proprietary Realtor sites etc. All the properties that used to show up as a little dot on the map are gone and only the plain map loads, without showing the properties listed for sale. That function has always worked great until recently. I'll do the upgrade and hope that it resolves the issue. Thanks again!
