Can't log into my email account after the iOS 18 update

hi i've never had any issues with getting my emails from built in apple email app ever since ios18 i can't get them to come threw only way i can get email

is if i log into via website i have tried deleting enail

account from phone and then re adding but i get these pop up

can anyone help with this issue i haven't changed my password and i 100% input it correctly
